June Newsletter

Welcome from Kevin Hidenfelter,
Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

We hope all of you have had a great spring and are looking forward to some great summer vacations. It is hard to believe that we are already almost halfway through 2024 and that the kids in our lives are wrapping up another school year.

Here at Millennia, we have had a very busy and productive spring. We have a new CEO, Scott Sanner, who is wrapping up his first month at Millennia. We are getting ready to open our new call center location in Rocky Mount, NC. We also continue to develop new technology enhancements to better serve you and your patients.

Millennia is very excited to be opening our Command Center in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The Command Center will be home for 65 concierge agents, as well as Revenue Cycle Research Experts and will be located in the Rocky Mount Mills. We are taking on a new space, where we will be able to work with the patients we support as well as a general ‘incubator’ for the technologies that we develop and prepare for the market.

Introducing Good Faith Estimates in
Millennia’s Patient Intake Application

The estimate module within the Patient Intake Application is a powerful  for both patients and healthcare providers. Clients who utilize the Patient Intake Application now have the option to activate an estimate module, allowing them to generate estimates based on information obtained through our eligibility and estimate vendor for their patients. This means that accurate and up-to-date estimates can be provided to patients in the CMS Good Faith Estimate format, ensuring compliance, transparency, and empowering patients to make informed decisions regarding their healthcare.

The benefits of the estimate module are not limited to patients alone. The application also provides Access Users with the capability to view and download the estimate that was sent to a patient. This feature is particularly valuable for staff-patient interactions, as it enables seamless communication between them and patients. By having access to the same estimate, registrars can provide accurate information and address any questions or concerns that patients may have. This streamlines the administrative process and ensures consistent and transparent communication between healthcare providers and their patients.

New: Check Imaging Tool

Introducing the new Check Imaging Tool — a new feature in the Millennia Platform that allows our clients and concierge team to view checks and other documents sent to our lockbox. Instantly gain more visibility into exactly what has been received from your guarantors and have another powerful tool in your arsenal when they inquire about their account. Reach out to your Customer Success representative about turning this feature on for you today!
