About the Role

Millennia is seeking a seasoned Senior Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end deployment of our patient payment platform for hospital systems and physician group clients. You will serve as the primary technical and strategic liaison from signed contract through go-live, ensuring each implementation is on-time, on-budget, and results in a delighted client.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage full implementation lifecycle — scoping, configuration, testing, training, and go-live — for new enterprise clients.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Client Success, Sales) to meet project milestones.
Develop project plans, risk registers, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

5+ years in healthcare IT implementation or project management.
Direct experience with EHR/PMS integrations (HL7, FHIR, or API-based).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in health system or physician group operations.
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
