Scott is the current CEO of Millennia, a technology-driven patient pay and engagement platform for more than 1,800 provider locations in 43 states, supporting more than 40 million patient interactions every year. He brings nearly 30 years of relevant industry experience having previously served as the CEO of Citra Health Solutions and holding senior positions at McKesson and Change Healthcare including oversight of Communication and Payment Services, as well as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Accountable Care Services. Prior to that, Scott was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Technology Services at MED3000 and McKesson. Scott began his career at Misys Healthcare. Scott resides in Raleigh, North Carolina where he enjoys spending time outdoors biking and hiking with his wife and three children.
Josh Berman has over 15 years of experience in the hospital revenue cycle management industry and over 10 years of experience in revenue cycle software and technology business. He is proud to advocate for improved patient experience and streamlined patient payments as Millennia’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Ankit Sharma joined Millennia as the Chief Data and Analytics Officer in 2021, and now serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Ankit has over 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle technology, enabling growth for startups and private equity (PE) owned businesses.
Kevin Hidenfelter is Millennia’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He joined the team in 2022 with 25 years of experience in healthcare services and technology. With 14 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, Kevin is very passionate about improving the patient experience
Chris has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare IT. Throughout his career, Chris has grown successful businesses and held a variety of roles in product management, sales and marketing, service delivery and operations. Chris collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver our industry-leading patient payment solution.
Scott Kahler has over 25 years in the healthcare industry. He has provided leadership establishing successful IT and security, and development organizations in multiple software firms. As SVP of IT & Security, Scott has ushered Millennia into SOC II certification.
Florence Pace started with Millennia in May of 2022 as the Human Resources Manager and now serves in the role of Vice President of Human Resources. She has proudly served in the field of Human Resources for approximately 20 years in the healthcare, engineering and non-profit sectors.
