Scott Pattillo is the Chief Executive Officer of Millennia, leading the company’s mission to help healthcare providers strengthen the patient revenue cycle through high-tech solutions and high-touch service. With over 20 years of leadership experience in both the financial and clinical side of healthcare technology, Scott is known for developing practical solutions to tackle complex problems across the healthcare ecosystem. Before joining Millennia, he held executive roles at MedAssets and Homecare Homebase, where he earned a reputation as a visionary and innovator who consistently drives results. Scott is passionate about leveraging technology to create meaningful change in healthcare, always focused on driving operational excellence and improving the overall patient experience across the continuum of care.
Missy Lane is the Chief Experience Officer at Millennia, where she leads efforts to elevate the client experience. With nearly 20 years of revenue cycle and client success leadership—including key roles at Millennia, Intuit, and IKS Health—Missy is known for building trusted partnerships, delivering scalable solutions, and driving measurable impact. Throughout her career, she has helped shape Millennia’s client experience strategies, improve patient satisfaction, and fuel multimillion-dollar growth. She is dedicated to ensuring Millennia’s clients feel heard, valued, and supported—treated with the same care and attention they strive to give their own patients.
Brian Foxworthy is the Chief Financial Officer at Millennia, where he leads financial strategy and execution to help healthcare providers build stronger revenue cycle foundations. With over 15 years of experience navigating high-growth environments, Brian is known for driving strategic clarity, operational efficiency, and successful capital events.
Before joining Millennia, Brian served as Vice President of FP&A at Waystar, where he played a key role in the company’s 2024 IPO and EQT’s 2023 investment. Earlier in his career, he co-founded a private equity firm and held leadership roles across multiple portfolio companies. He was also a key contributor to the IPO of Artisan Partners Asset Management in 2013 and began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
Brian is a California-licensed CPA (inactive) and holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is passionate about leveraging data and process improvements to drive better financial and operational outcomes.
Scott Kahler has over 25 years in the healthcare industry. He has provided leadership establishing successful IT and security, and development organizations in multiple software firms. As SVP of IT & Security, Scott has ushered Millennia into SOC II certification.
Florence Pace started with Millennia in May of 2022 as the Human Resources Manager and now serves in the role of Vice President of Human Resources. She has proudly served in the field of Human Resources for approximately 20 years in the healthcare, engineering and non-profit sectors.
