Our Patient Support Specialists are ready to answer patient calls Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. EST. To reduce the time patients spend on hold, we introduced “next in line” technology, which allows patients to request a call back when a patient support specialist becomes available.
