With the growing concern and spread of COVID-19, Millennia would like to assure our customers that we are meticulously monitoring the situation through reputable sources such as the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. Our primary focuses in this effort have been the overall safety of our colleagues and ensuring we have no interruption or impact to servicing our clients or their patients.
We are confident that our approach and plan will ensure we accomplish these goals, while also securing and protecting patient and client data and privacy.
As part of this program, Millennia has the following controls in place:
- Millennia has an Emergency Continuity Plan which allows flexible working arrangements for all employees due to the current COVID-19 outbreak or any large scale emergency issue that might arise.
- All Millennia employees are equipped with all of the tools necessary to ensure that Millennia operations are 0% affected by remote work, and client safety, data, or services are not compromised.
- We continue to ensure that our offices are well-stocked with soaps and disinfectants that are readily available to aid in preventing the spread of disease.
We will continue to follow news and updates on COVID-19, to ensure the health and safety of our colleagues and customers. We will also always lead with transparency and candor in all that we do and any impacts we encounter, which will be shared with you when they happen. As with anything in our partnership with our customers, we are a single team with a primary goal of providing the best possible experience for their patients and I have the utmost confidence we will continue to do so especially with the approach and plans we have in place.
